Organised biannually by the Institute of Cancer Research PostDoctoral Association, this conference aims at showcasing for postdocs and late-stage PhD students from the ICR a wide range of options for future careers across academia, industry and alternative careers, including networking activities such as career speed-dating and individualized advice by careers experts. I chaired the session of Alternative Careers where we showcased careers as scientific liaison, science communication, working for funding agencies, and as consultant.
